8.3 AI-Specific Disclaimer

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI TECHNOLOGY IS INHERENTLY IMPERFECT AND THAT ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT MAY OCCUR.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kychee, Inc. and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service or AI-generated content; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any decisions or actions you take based on information provided by the service.
